Our team development interventions are renowned for being engaging, revealing and for helping teams to truly challenge. "the way we do things around here". Too often, teambuilding days are little more than ‘edu-tainment’ centred around a range of activities, designed to let the participants let off steam and have a bit of fun. Within a week, most of what’s been learnt has been left in the conference room, with little impact being made on the culture of the workplace or the performance of the team.
