has studied psychology since her days at university. As a qualified NLP Trainer, Elizabeth has been applying NLP and Neuroscience in business in a wide range of training programmes and consultancy contexts. She helps individuals and teams to recognise their strengths and limitations and works with them to improve their personal and business success.


Jay Allen

has set up and grown 4 of his own businesses since leaving the army and worked as a consultant with some of the most well-known names on the UK high street. He currently sits on the national board for a national print management business. Whether he’s speaking internally to business teams or externally to business audiences, Jay is renowned for connecting with any audience and has a track record of helping them to implement changes to get immediate results.


Lily Newman

is a behavioural strategist and leadership consultant with 20+ years’ experience of building better businesses and stronger teams. Paul Reynolds

is Programme Director of our well renowned Step Into Management Programme. He is a Business Coach and Trainer specializing in Leadership and Management Development. He brings broad senior management and Board level experience in global companies such as Tate & Lyle and major bulk liquid terminal operators to the role. Paul has worked "on the ground" in over 30 countries worldwide as an international trader in the molasses business and has managed multi-disciplined teams of managers in hazardous industries.
