Jay Allen

has set up and grown 4 of his own businesses since leaving the army and worked as a consultant with some of the most well-known names on the UK high street. He brings broad senior management and Board level experience in global companies such as Tate & Lyle and major bulk liquid terminal operators to the role. Paul has worked "on the ground" in over 30 countries worldwide as an international trader in the molasses business and has managed multi-disciplined teams of managers in hazardous industries.
