In The Hot Seat interviews with Nik Hynes & Mark Vigil

The first two episodes of ‘In The Hot Seat’ hosted by Lily Newman are out now on YouTube.

The first episode features our Financial Expert Nik Hynes from Tree Accountancy in the hot seat with Lily. Nik shares his experience of helping delegates on the Strategic Leaders Programme to know their numbers, how crafting the culture of your business is even more critical now and 3 top tips for growing your business in a recession.

And in the second episode we hear from Marketing Expert, Mark Vigil, from Big Sound Marketing. Mark shares his experience of helping delegates on the ‘Unlocking Creativity and Building a Successful Sales and Marketing Strategy’ workshop to Ignite their creative brain and breakdown any self-imposed barriers that are stopping them from being more successful in their approach to sales and marketing.

Lily is a behavioural strategist and leadership consultant with 20+ years’ experience of building better businesses and stronger teams. An ex-BBC journalist with a first-class honours degree in Communications (majoring in psychology and corporate communications) Lily has worked with a wide range of company leaders and household names, helping them to understand, communicate with and influence their staff, stakeholders and audiences more effectively.
