Open Space Mentoring in Cheshire

If there is one thing that COVID-19 has taught us, it’s the importance of getting away from the coalface, getting out into the countryside and refreshing your mind and body to gain a new perspective. We are so lucky to have the beautiful Cheshire countryside, on the doorstep of our office where we conduct our open space mentoring. Our two-hour coaching sessions out in the open will give you the chance to explore those challenges, develop your ideas, access high level coaching and improve your fitness.

No stuffy office, no flipcharts or PowerPoints, just the opportunity to set your goals (personal and professional) whilst social distancing. The chance to discuss your options and find the solutions to the challenges that are blocking you at present.

All you need is suitable outdoor gear (including walking boots and waterproofs) and a positive mental attitude. Re-discover the great outdoors and re-connect with what’s important in life and in business.

The session ends with a cappuccino (or drink of your choice) in our office, or out in the garden (weather permitting), whilst we capture agreed actions in your Personal Development Plan to take away and implement. Our mentoring sessions are guaranteed to get you fitter, more focused and able to deliver on your performance intentions with clarity and focus.
