The 21st Century Strategic Leaders Programme provides you with the opportunity to evolve, update and adapt how you lead your business. It draws on lessons from small, medium, large and global businesses, and brings insights and examples from academia, psychology, NGOs, sport, and the military. The emphasis is on active curiosity, using your own leadership challenges as vehicles for learning.
Your cohort will consist of like-minded delegates who want to ensure that their businesses and teams are able to stay ahead of the curve and respond effectively to the multiple challenges that the 21st century has brought to the SME market.
This programme is for those preparing to take on a management role or for seasoned managers who might not have had any formal training in the skills of effective management.
Our ‘Step-into-Management’ Program is led and delivered by Paul Reynolds and Lily Newman, and covers topics such as communication skills, time management, effective delegation and much more. Spanning over 8 months, this programme is a fantastic way to build a new manager’s confidence, increase awareness of what it takes to be a good manager and how to implement these learned skills into your business.
