Morgan James Consulting was launched in 2001 with the intention of creating highly effective leaders who have the ability to build successful business and develop their best assets – the people that work with them and for them.

Most of the programs that we deliver are designed specifically for you, following a detailed analysis of your business and the people that we will be working with. From behavioural profiling to evaluating your team dynamics and detailed business diagnostics, we use a range of tools to create tailored programs with clear and unambiguous objectives just for you, and if appropriate, your leadership or management teams. 21st Century Strategic Leaders

This comprehensive, practical and engaging programme is for CEOs, MDs and owners of SMEs, board level directors and key decision makers, graduates of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Programme and the highest of your high flyers.

The 21st Century Strategic Leaders Programme provides you with the opportunity to evolve, update and adapt how you lead your business. It draws on lessons from small, medium, large and global businesses, and brings insights and examples from academia, psychology, NGOs, sport, and the military. The emphasis is on active curiosity, using your own leadership challenges as vehicles for learning.

Your cohort will consist of like-minded delegates who want to ensure that their businesses and teams are able to stay ahead of the curve and respond effectively to the multiple challenges that the 21st century has brought to the SME market.

Step into Management

This programme is for those preparing to take on a management role or for seasoned managers who might not have had any formal training in the skills of effective management.

Our ‘Step-into-Management’ Program is led and delivered by Paul Reynolds and Lily Newman, and covers topics such as communication skills, time management, effective delegation and much more. Spanning over 8 months, this programme is a fantastic way to build a new manager’s confidence, increase awareness of what it takes to be a good manager and how to implement these learned skills into your business.

Growth Springboard

Calling all Goldman Sachs 10KSB or Strategic Leaders graduates!

You’ve finished the programme, you’ve learnt so much and now the real work begins. Where do you start when it comes to turning all of that  learning into action? What does the theory look like in practical terms to ensure that you take your business from good to great? We know that, without accountability, support and challenge it is easy to lose focus on those high pay off activities that will enable you to gain traction in your business. And this is where our Growth Springboard Programme comes in.
