Overview

Step up to Leadership is a practical, high-energy leadership programme for aspiring SME leaders, newly appointed directors and graduates of Step into Management. Combining real-world case studies, interactive simulations and proven leadership models, it equips participants with the clarity, confidence and tools to lead strategically, build high-performing teams, and drive meaningful change.

Each delegate will undergo a detailed diagnostic and one-to-one session which will enable us to shape each programme to ensure that it fits the development needs of the participants
