The ignite management programme (6 months)

Executive coaching (6–12 months)

For leaders seeking personal transformation, our coaching blends the three agendas to accelerate growth. The focus is on long-term, sustainable change that supports both the individual and the organisation.

Strategic away days (quarterly)

Facilitated sessions that maintain momentum. These days ensure strategy remains aligned with values, that strategic goals are regularly measured and managed, whilst leadership development continues as the business grows.
