STEP-INTO-MANAGEMENT
So often people are promoted into management roles because of their demonstration of competence, their ability to hit targets or to deliver projects. However ‘doing the doing’ is one thing but being the person who is managing the people who are ‘doing the doing’ requires an entirely different skill set that can leave new managers feeling confused and uncertain.
That’s where our ‘Step-into-Management’ Program provides managers with the appropriate training, support and challenge, equipping them with the skills to really excel at building successful teams.
After a detailed one to one diagnostic, delegates join the cohort for a series of practical workshops and commit to completing on-site projects in the workplace to embed the learning from each session.
