THE PETER COLLINS LEADERSHIP BURSARY

On 14th January 2021 we lost our wonderful friend and colleague, Peter Collins. He was an inspirational leader, a generous mentor, a multiple award winning entrepreneur and a master at building, financing and selling businesses. What he didn’t know about creating high growth companies and values led leaders could be written on the back of a postage stamp. He loved to share his experience on our Strategic Leaders Programme, delivered our corporate governance module and so much more. His experience has helped hundreds of business owners and managers to avoid the hidden pitfalls of running a business and create hugely successful enterprises.

To honour him, we have set up The Peter Collins Leadership Bursary to offer a fully funded place on our Strategic Leaders Programme. We will be offering a placement to a dynamic leader or director who might not usually be able to access such a comprehensive training programme. We have a reputation  for helping leaders to build visionary businesses and culturally aligned, high performing teams and taking them to the next level. We run two cohorts of this dynamic and very practical programme each year. Please find out more about the programme here.

Peter was passionate about growing and developing businesses and the people who lead them. He had such a wealth of wisdom and experience and was such a kind and empathetic man who really cared about those that he worked with. He also had a wonderful sense of fun and I struggle to remember a conversation when we didn’t have a laugh about something sublime or ridiculous. He will be hugely missed by me and everyone who knew him. Through The Peter Collins Leadership Bursary, his passion for people and life long learning will live on.
