The program that Morgan James developed, specifically for our business, team and way of working, was exceptional. Our assigned facilitator Michael was brilliant – he helped us to quickly gel as a team, allowing us to challenge each other in a safe environment. The Step into Management program, delivered by Lily and Paul, was a perfect fit for their needs and was tailored for our business. The delivery of the program was, again, excellent, the growth and development of all the mangers has been a huge success. Working with Morgan James has enabled me to develop a team that can run the business, leaving me to move away from day to day operations and concentrate on the future.
