Nik is also the human face of accounting – demystifying the numbers and providing practical and clear advice on: How to grow your business; accessing finance for growth and managing the minefield of acquisitions or obtaining government grants. Nik specialises in working with high growth companies, advising clients from start up to sale and every stage in between. He works as a Non-Exec Finance Director for a range of high growth SMEs, helping boards to achieve their goals.   Nik’s work is focused on helping understanding the relationship between success and process and how the numbers can give great insight for this and provide insight to make better decisions.  He feels that success is very individual and not always about profit extraction.
