Passionate about boosting performance and delivering the very best results possible, Martyn is an advocate of the KAIZEN approach to continuous improvement, be it; organisational leadership, team engagement, finance and process efficiency, product development and above all service delivery. Driven by challenge, he has seen commercial success from establishing one of the UK’s first ‘modern-day’ FMCG home delivery operations in 1996, helping to build a network of over 120 franchised operators. In more recent years, Martyn led the implementation and development of an independent Senior Management Team to grow a national fresh food manufacturing and distribution business.  Establishing itself as the leader in its target market, this business employed over 140 full time staff.  Producing over 250,000 made to order, hand made products each week and successfully delivering 364 days a year to over 400 national locations.  Implementing performance driven continuous improvements and LEAN principles through people centric processes, to deliver strong profitable growth and consistently achieving order fulfilment levels of 99.99%, that ultimately returned shareholders a strong seven figure EBITDA. Working exclusively or collaboratively with both internal and external resources, across multiple commercial disciplines, Martyn can provide the objective, strategic challenge and tactical support and development your organisation needs to help drive enterprise wide improvements in performance;
