Why do people do the things they do?
Why can’t they see that the way I do things is better?
How can I communicate my ideas effectively?
This workshop will help you to build a greater personal awareness of your behaviours and a greater understanding of behavioural differences. It will also give you a meaningful insight into some of the psychometric tools including Myers Briggs (MBTI) and TRAIT Theory – the study of habitual patterns of behavior, thought, and emotion. It will help you to maximise your own performance, connect with people who are ‘wired differently’ from you, whilst giving you the tools to help your team to make the most of their talents for greater performance.
“If you want to change attitudes, start with a change in behaviour.”
William Glasser
